Black Pearls Beef Brisket Recipe
Black Pearl Style Smoked Beef Brisket:

Ingredients:
- Beef Brisket
- Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning
- Heavy aluminum foil
Preparation:
Fat side up. Cut fat back with a sharp knife then season with Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning
Bring fat back over the brisket and place in pre-heated smoker at 220 degrees for 6 hours
Pull brisket from the smoker and wrap with heavy aluminum foil. Place wrapped brisket in a large baking pan and place in pre-heated oven 220 degrees. Set automatic timer to shut off in 8 hours
Let brisket rest for 2 hours in the oven to absorb the juices back into the brisket.
